CROWN POINT, IN (7-10-2005) Bristol Post 143 won all four of their baseball games to take home the championship plaque awarded at the Crown Point Post 20 Invitational Tournament the weekend of July 8-10.

Crown Point, the tournament host team, finished with a 3-1 record to take the runner-up plaque.

The very first game of the tournament seemed to be the most competitive and entertaining for the fans as Crown Point held 6-1 and 8-6 leads and looked like they could have held on to win. But a series of CP errors and timely Bristol hitting turned the game in favor of Bristol Post 143, which draws players from six Elkhart, Indiana area high schools.
