CROWN POINT, IN (11-28-2006) -  In a game filled with many turnovers and cold shooting by both teams, it took 7:30 minutes of play before either team scored the first points.  After a 2-2 first quarter stalemate, the Lady Bulldogs eventually took an 11-9 first half lead and began a full court pressure defense in the second half that resulted in several take-aways and backcourt baskets that allowed CP to eventually pull away with a 38-23 victory.

Crown Point travels to LaPorte for a Duneland Athletic Conference game Friday night, Dec. 1st in a 7:30pm varsity tip-off.  Our next broadcast on WWLO, 89.1 FM and Internet radio www.Indiana-Sports.com and www.USA-365.com will be the Crown Point boys basketball opener Friday, Dec. 1 with the pregame at 7:15pm and tip-off at 7:30pm.  Our next CP girls basketball broadcast will be Friday Dec. 8th when the Lady Bulldogs host Lake Central in a 7:30pm tip-off.
