2000 fans from New Palestine cheered on their team to a 3-2 win over
Andrean.

senior Mike Staehle drew a walk and recorded a 3rd-inning RBI that gave
the 59ers a 2-1 lead.
Andrean center fielder Nick
Stockwell was named the 3A Mental Attitude Award winner. The award is given to a
senior who is outstanding academically and athletically from a state finals
team.

Stockwell and his parents accept a $1,000 check for Andrean High School.
Stockwell plans to attend the University of Illinois to play baseball.
New Palestine's Andrew Clark
pitched a complete game and hit
his 10th home run, a two-run shot beyond right field in the 5th-inning for a 3-2
lead, which held for the final score.
Bishop
Noll's junior Ryan Bobos on the mound for the 2A championship game. As a
pitcher Bobos finished 9-1 and batted .347 (32-108) on the season.
