Marcello Robinson had 15 points and six assists to lead the visiting Braves to a
63-45 victory over Indiana State Wednesday night.
Robinson had 11 points in the second half as the Braves (7-10, 3-3 Missouri Valley) won their third straight game.
Robinson hit two 3-pointers to give the Braves their biggest leads at 60-40 and 63-43. Indiana State (5-12, 1-5 Missouri Valley) was never closer than 12 points in the second half.
Neither team scored for three minutes at the start before Bradley hit nine shots in a row after missing its first four to assume a 20-4 lead.
Indiana State, meanwhile, went more than five minutes without scoring and trailed by as many as 18 points in the first half.
Bradley hit 46 percent in the first half and 48 percent for the game on 21-of-47 shooting.
Phillip Gilbert had 10 of his 12 points at the break for the Braves, and James Gillingham added 10 of his 14 in the second half.
Marcus Howard had 13 points, and Lamar Grimes scored 10 for Indiana State, which shot 35 percent, making 17-of-48 shots. The 45 points was the least allowed this year by Bradley and is ISU's second-lowest total of the season.
